5 stars from me. We’ve been using cottonelle for a while now, and our old, touchy pipes haven’t had any clogging issues. That was my main worry, but it seems to break down just fine. It also doesn’t feel super thin or cheap, which is a nice bonus.

I’ve been buying Cottonelle for a while now, and it’s been consistent every time. The rolls don’t suddenly feel super thin one order and then normal the next, which is kind of how I judge if a brand is still good, even though I guess that doesn’t prove everything.
Ordering from the site has been fine too. It’s not like exciting or anything, but it shows up, the quality is what I expected, and I don’t have to think about toilet paper for a bit. For me that’s enough, so I’d give it 5 stars.

I’ve always liked Cottonelle because it reminds me of what my mom used to keep stocked at home, so there’s a bit of comfort in using it. It really does feel softer and better than a lot of the cheaper rolls I’ve tried. That said, the price on the site can feel a little steep, especially when it’s not on sale. When there’s a deal, I feel good about buying it, but at full price it’s harder to justify. Shipping was fine and everything arrived okay, just nothing memorable. I’d definitely buy it again, but probably only when the price feels right.

Just a warning for anyone expecting to wait around forever, support got back to me really quickly. I was surprised by how fast they replied and helped me out.

My order got here quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The box was in good shape too, not all beat up like it had been tossed around. Everything inside was clean and packed carefully. i half expected the nice packaging to be their way of making up for something, but nope, everything was fine.

I really liked the fresh scent of this. It wasn’t too strong or anything weird, which I appreciate for everyday use. I think it could maybe been a little softer, but overall I’m happy with it and would use it again

I’ve been happy with Cottonelle. It holds up well and absorbs quickly, so there’s no mess or weird wet feeling left behind. My sister actually noticed the same thing when she was over, and we both agreed it’s just a solid choice

I have sensitive skin, so I can usually tell quickly when a toilet paper isn’t going to work for me. Some brands leave me itchy, which is never fun. cottonelle has felt really soft so far and hasn’t irritated my skin at all. It seems comfortable and not rough, and I’m guessing it’s a bit thicker too because I don’t feel like I have to use a ton each time. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy it again.

I’ll give it credit for feeling soft, but for me it just tears too easily. I feel like I end up using extra pieces because it falls apart, which gets frustrating fast. Maybe it’s fine if you don’t need something super strong, but personally I expected it to hold up better. It’s not terrible, I just don’t think I’d buy it again anytime soon.

This works way better than the cheap rolls I usually grab. It just feels clean after using it, and I don’t have to keep wiping and wiping. Happy with it.

I usually grab cottonelle because it’s what I’m used to, and I don’t always have the patience to compare every brand at the store. But these rolls feel smaller than they used to. Maybe it’s just my household going through it faster, but I swear I’m changing the roll all the time now. The quality is still fine, so I’ll give it that, but for the price I expected it to last longer. I was disappointed

so far it’s been working just fine. no clogs yet, and our septic system seems totally okay with it.

This toilet paper is really soft and feels nice to use. No scratchy feeling at all, which is always a relief because some brands... yeah. I’d definitely get it again...

I’ve been using cottonelle for a bit now the thing I notice most is… no little lint pieces left behind. Which sounds small, but some other brands do that and it’s just, ugh, annoying.
It feels clean, doesn’t leave that weird residue feeling, and just kind of does what you want it to do. Simple, but yeah, it matters. Definitely 5 stars from me.
